Refund and Cancellation Policy

GetMiClass reserves the right to refuse/cancel any subscription(s). Further, GetMiClass, at its sole discretion may cancel any subscription(s) if,

  • it suspects a fraudulent transaction, or
  • it suspects a customer has undertaken a transaction which is not in accordance with the Terms of Use as enumerated under https://getmiclass.com/privacy-policy/ or
  • for any reason outside the control of the GetMiClass including causes for delivering the services.

1. Monthly Subscriptions

When cancelling a monthly subscription, all future charges associated with future months of Your subscription will be cancelled. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time; your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current monthly billing period. You will not receive a refund; however ,Your subscription access and/or delivery and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current monthly billing period.

[*Note: Once You have subscribed to GetMiClass’s services, You shall be bound to use the working system as long as the period of subscription that You have opted and no refund can be sought from GetMiClass unless for the reasons that are solely and directly attributable to GetMiClass in relation to failure to provide a working system to You]

2. Annual Subscriptions

When cancelling an annual subscription, all future charges associated with future years of your subscription will be cancelled. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time; your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current annual billing period. You will not receive a refund, prorated or otherwise, for the remainder of the annual term. However, your subscription access and/or delivery and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current annual billing period.

[*Note: Once You have subscribed to GetMiClass’s services, You shall be bound to use the working system as long as the period of subscription that You have opted and no refund can be sought from GetMiClass unless for the reasons that are solely and directly attributable to GetMiClass in relation to failure to provide a working system to You

3. Once a service has been subscribed to and paid, Your service will be activated forthwith. In the event that the requested service cannot be activated, You will be provided with information relating to a full refund within 14 days of the payment date. The exact timeframe for refund will depend on your payment option and the bank or card You used.

4. If there are any incomplete/failed/ dual transaction/ error in subscription, You will have to intimate the same to us within 7 days of such transaction
